If you haven't heard of the Google Money Kit, you must have just arrived on the planet!
So many people are trying to encourage you to buy this product, which advises that it can enable you to make huge amounts of money online.
Advertisers tell you that the kit is free, you will just have to pay somewhere in the region of £1 to £1.50 (GBP) for shipping, but bear in mind that if you want to continue the course after the initial trial period, you will have to pay additional costs, which vary between merchants.
The truth is, you DO NOT need a kit to find out how to make money on Google.
If you have a good idea for a website, set up the site then visit Google Adwords or Google Adsense. You can apply there directly without spending a penny, they will decide if your site generates enough traffic, and is genuine enough to qualify.
Here's how it works: basically, companies want to place advertisements on busy webpages to generate business. If your site generates hits, they want to advertise with you. Ads are placed on your site, and when someone visits the advertisers site via the ad placed on yours, you get paid.
The amount paid for each click on an ad on your site varies, but we are talking pennies per hit. You will make money, but this depends on how many visitors your site has, and how many of those visitors click on your ads.
Be aware, though, you need a good website idea to get started. Lots of people have set up sites purely to generate income via Adsense, and Google are aware of this. If they don't feel your site has information that people will genuinely want to view, or offers something to the sites visitors, they won't accept you.
